Celebrating Diversity
Imagine is a multicultural group dedicated to supporting people from all ethnic communities through a range of activities. Founded in 2007 with the support of Torbay Council, Imagine began by hosting friendly social gatherings and community events. Over time, it successfully expanded its scope to include volunteering, training, and employability programs. In March 2014, Imagine officially became a registered C.I.C.
By championing cultural diversity through social events, workshops, training, and professional and personal development, Imagine actively promotes social cohesion and enhances individuals' contributions to the community.
Imagine has received funding from a wide range of organizations, including Torbay Council, Devon Community Foundation, the European Social Fund, the Big Lottery, and many others. We continue to deliver exciting opportunities, such as ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) workshops, with our fully qualified directors ensuring access to as many learning opportunities as possible.
